Click to see the catalogue O GRT series water cooling towers, used with processing equipments and water cooling facilities, are manufactured in 16 different types between the capacities 85.200kcal/h and 1.704.000 kcal/h. They provide cooling of water in system where the air and the water flow in opposite directions. They ensure noise and vibration free operation due to the radial fans used in construction. Technical specification Tower casing As a standard, manufactured from sheet steel, but if desired it can be galvanized sheet. Connections between casing components are sealed with silicone. Water distribution system Distributes water on to the filling material by means of collector and distribution tubes. Specially designed sprays provide homogeneous water distribution. Filling material PVC filing material used to enable maximum contact surface between the air and water. This type of filling material can be used with up to 500C water temperature. For higher temperatures special filling material is used. Drift eliminator Manufactured from galvanized sheet as standard. With its special design it minimizes the water carried out with air flow. Fans The fans are statically and dynamically balanced, belt driven, double inlet forward curved radial fans. The fans, motors and belts are protected from the surroundings with wire mesh and sheet casing. Inspection door Tower maintenance and floater adjustment can be done easily through the inspection door. Footing Foots are mounted at the bottom of tower in order to prevent corrosion.
